Route from Palm Springs, California to Conroe, Texas

The first part of this route takes us from Palm Springs, California to San Antonio Texas, via Lordsburg, New Mexico and Fort Stockton, Texas, a total of 1,261 miles in 3-days. The final 224 miles to Conroe be the week following making this route a total of 1,485 miles.

Why Conroe? 

Conroe, Texas is where Joe's sister and husband live. We stopped by there 2 years ago and only spent a couple hours with them. This week-long stay will allow some more quality time.
