Oceano, California
July, 2010 / Oceano, CA - We have started our first full month at 'home' here in Oceano and the Central Coast.
After four days in a temporary space, we moved to our favorite spot shown in the photo taken last year. It's our favorite because it's at the end of a row with no neighbors on our front door side providing a bit more privacy than an average space. This park has their spaces too close with barely enough room to open awnings.
We plan to stay here at least three months before taking another road trip. During this time we will be doing some renovations to the motorhome including:
- New microwave
- New windshield
- New front seats
- New couch
- Carpeting
- Valances
- Drapes
- Flooring
- Tires (2)
- Transmission flush
Or...
- New motorhome :)
We expect the next trip to be somewhat local in the west. Possibly San Diego or Palm Springs or both. Other choices are northern California, Oregon, Nevada and Utah.
